I’m an international photographer based between Los Angeles and Paris. My work spans portrait photography, special occasions, and destination sessions, shaped by classical training that began in Los Angeles in 1995. I’m deeply influenced by traditional film techniques – particularly black and white – which continue to inform the tone, depth, and emotional quality of my images.
I’m drawn to natural expression and genuine human connection. Rather than directing every moment, I focus on subtle gestures, quiet emotion, and the stories that unfold when people feel comfortable in their surroundings. While film remains an important part of my creative process, I also work extensively in digital formats for clients across California, France, and international locations.
In 2012, I photographed a couple sharing a kiss behind a red umbrella with the Eiffel Tower in the background. The image appeared on the cover of Le Style Magazine and introduced my work to a wider audience within the Paris photography community – a moment that remains especially meaningful to me.
Alongside portraits and events, I create hand-tinted black and white gelatin silver prints. Each piece begins in the darkroom and is finished by hand with soft oil paints, resulting in a one-of-a-kind photograph that blends traditional printing with fine art craftsmanship.
I photograph portraits, headshots, weddings, family sessions, and destination shoots across Los Angeles, Paris, and select international locations.
Embracing that chic Melrose vibe and killing it! No matter your style, I’ve got a photo shoot location for you in WeHo, Fairfax, or the Melrose Arts District. Bring your brand, partner, or family and together we’ll capture memories you’ll cherish for a lifetime.
Locations for this cute couple’s Paris engagement included the Pont Neuf, La Seine, Musée du Louvre, Jardin des Tuileries, the charming cobblestone streets of Place Dauphine with blooming trees, and a intimate champagne toast at Le Nemours, one of my sidewalk cafés.
This lovely girl killed it with her emotionless, deadpan expression for her creepy, kooky, mysterious and spooky Wednesday Addams Halloween photo shoot.
I combine a combination of posed and candid photos at locations that are special for you and your family. I work with you to create a custom itinerary/timeline based on your interests, capturing family portraits that will be cherished by you and your family for generations.
With every detail exquisitely planned, the couple and I worked together to create their dream wedding day photographs. The bride did all of the calligraphy, including the Madame et Monsieur mugs used for their cafes photos. I connected the couple with a Parisian driver who drove us all over Paris in his gorgeous vintage Citroen Traction Avant. Their custom photo shoot itinerary included the Louvre, Port des Arts, La Seine, Eiffel Tower, and a spontaneous break for crepes.

With it’s lush California landscape, breathtaking views, and classic Spanish style architecture with a Romeo and Juliet balcony, The Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara was a dream come true wedding location for this sweet couple and for me. The ceremony took place on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the bride wore a stunning Monique Lhuillier gown, Tiffany and Company, and Jimmy Choo. I have been blessed with photographing the bride and her family since the mid 90s, so this wedding is a special one for me. Yearly childhood family photos, Medical School Graduation portraits, Griffith Observatory engagement, and now this luxurious wedding day. Full circle.
Impeccably styled in New York. Locations for this Central Park photo shoot included Bethesda Terrace, Bow Bridge, and The Ramble.
“In an old house in Paris that was covered in vines, lived 12 little girls in two straight lines… the smallest one was Madeline…” Inspired by author and illustrator Ludwig Bemelmans’ Madeline series, and captured with a variety of film cameras, including a vintage Rolleiflex, this photo shoot was featured on the cover of Expatriates Magazine.
A dreamy, once upon a time, fairytale photo shoot with French Alt-Folk band La Chamaicaine shot on film at Chateau de Fontainebleau.
LACMA, an icon of museums in Los Angeles, is a stunning location and one of my favorite spots for portraits, engagements, and family photography. You can lose yourself in dozens of vintage lamp posts, stand under a boulder, or wander through the gardens at La Brea Tar Pits next door. This couple’s flirty attitude and unique connection shine as bright as the Urban Light lamps do.
The bride, Jaimee Rose, planned every detail of this elegant wedding to perfection. Jaimee wore a vintage Dior coat and a black wedding dress. The ceremony took place under the Fall foliage at the Jardin des Tuileries and the groom arranged to have an accordionist play La Vie en Rose for their first dance. Their adorable cake and umbrella mirrored the Buren Columns at the Palais Royal. The couple hired a driver with a vintage Citroen Traction Avant to drive us around Paris for their portraits. We arrived at the Eiffel Tower just in time to see her sparkle. Since this unforgettable elopement, I’ve had the pleasure of photographing their anniversary in Paris, family portraits in Southern California, and an epic Paris girls trip photo shoot with all of the incredible women and girls in Jaimee’s family, 3 generations.
